General Rules:

♡ All group order updates will be sent to the group chat when there is an update so please make sure to check the group chats regularly. Please refrain from dming me 1:1 where possible unless it is an urgent concern as group orders take time and I may not have any updates even 1-3 months in due to how some sites ship out (cn sites especially take MUCH longer than kr sites)

• I ALWAYS update group chats as frequently as possible so please check the group chat BEFORE sending me a personal dm as all info is always sent in the group chats

♡ Group orders can take up to 4-6 months depending on production and delivery times, please make sure you are aware of this and can be patient

• Group orders are always sent to my k-addy unless otherwise stated. I usually request forwarding once a month in order to accumulate as many items as possible to make the forwarding ems cost worth it

♡ E-Transfer and Wise preferred, Paypal F&F ONLY

• I will take payments in CAD only due to currency exchange rates with my credit card

♡ No backouts once claimed, if you want to backout please find an ACTIVE replacement

♡ Payments will be collected immediately and are due within 24 hours of creating the group chat unless otherwise stated, please be ready to pay

• In order to avoid delays please make sure to follow me and make sure dm requests are ON
• Late joiner payments are due within a week of being added to the group chat and are subject to late fees if not paid on time.

♡ Once items arrive I will unbox and take pics of all pc and pob pulls, a timed sorting form will be sent in order to fairly sort album pcs for joiners

• Please note that once your items from the go's you've joined arrive I will hold for 1 month to allow you to combine items/pay for postage. Items that can be combined must arrive within the 1 month period and doms payments have to be paid by the end of the 1 month period from the date doms is requested.
• If postage is not paid by the 1 month period end date items will be put for reclaim and you will not receive a refund.
• I AM NOT A WAREHOUSE SO THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS OR EXTENSIONS TO THESE TWO RULES.

♡ Please make sure to post proofs of your items on your story so that I know you have received your items safely This is really important as it allows me to ensure there are no issues with anyones claims or mail and also helps establish credibility as a small GOM as my proofs are primarily from my own personal sales and trades

• I always follow up and check in weekly if I don't receive proofs as I need to know whether something has arrived

✨️ IMPORTANT THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW ✨️

♡ Please be respectful to me and joiners, if you begin to be rude or harass me or other joiners I will drop your claim without a refund and you will be blocked from all future group orders

♡ Failure to make timely payments or fill in forms by the deadline will result in your claims being put up for reclaim without a refund, NO EXCEPTIONS.

• late payments per each group order will have a late fee of 1USD/1.38CAD per day late up to 1 week. YOU MUST PAY YOUR INITIAL WITH YOUR LATE FEE AS THIS IS YOUR NEW TOTAL PAYMENT OWED AND NOT TWO SEPARATE PAYMENTS, I WILL NOT ACCEPT INITIALS ONLY IF YOU ARE LATE TO PAY.
• once 1 week has passed no late payments will be accepted and if you send to me without notice after the 1 week period has passed you will not be refunded.

late fees are PER each individual group order you are in and not overall, so ex. you are in 2 gos, both are late that's 1.38CAD per go, 2.76CAD total per day late)

so please pay on time 😊

• If you require more time to pay or fill out a form please tell me in advanced, if you tell me the day of the deadline I will not give you an extension
• If payment is not received by the given extension date you will lose your claims with no refund.

♡ Please make sure to read payment information CLEARLY, I always make sure to write specific instructions for each form of payment, if you fail to send payments properly (wrong method, missing amount etc) I will require you to pay again without a refund

• DO NOT WRITE EXTRA NOTES APART FROM WHAT I REQUEST
• Things such as usernames, idol names etc can flag PayPal and will get my account locked so please DON'T DO IT and read carefully as I've had numerous issues of paypal freezing or withholding funds due to notes being written like “yujin giddy pc” or “g-idle shuha nxde pc” these are huge red flags to paypal

♡ Please write down and keep track of your own claims, although I do provide a masterlist for every group order it is your own responsibility as a joiner to keep track of your own claims and your own payments

• I will not keep track of your claims for you nor will I chase you for any missing payments as I do not have the time or energy to waste on chasing someone who does not care for their own claims or money, that being said PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE be responsible and communicate with me if there are any issues

♡ All group orders are non-profit, I only charge for packing materials cost

• Please note that all pob group orders include the album unless otherwise stated hence the full cost price for a pob as I cannot afford to be covering the cost for pob only options. I host GO's to help lower your ems cost to avoid the 30 dollar base shipping from direct purchases per website. If you do not like that I cannot offer you a cheaper pob only option please don't join my GO's

♡ If not all spots in a GO are claimed the leftover cost of pobs will be split between all joiners and the leftover pc raffled off when the pcs arrive.

• This rule is in effect in order to avoid me as the GOM requiring to cover unclaimed pob payments that add to 100-1000's of dollars as well as allows for all claims to be secured and costs split evenly between all claimers and the GOM.
• Claimers who receive the pc from the raffle will be free to do what they want with the pc whether it be selling or trading it away.
• Please note that I earn ZERO profit from this

♡ In the case of a scam on the part of the proxy or of the items themselves I am not responsible and will not offer refunds unless I receive a refund from the seller or proxy themselves (this applies to GO's of all types whether it be J-Addy Mercari orders, K-Addy IO's, Bunjang, K-Twt)
